Why this exists

Booking a shoot should not take three phone calls

You get the listing on a Tuesday and it has to be live by Friday. So you text a photographer, wait, get a price that depends on who answered, wait again for a time, and then find out on the day that they are running an hour behind because the last shoot was in Homestead.

None of that is a photography problem. It is a pricing and scheduling problem, and that is the part we rebuilt.

What you get

Photography and aerial are in every package

The base covers the listing properly. You add the rest only where the property earns it.

Always included

Interiors, exteriors and drone coverage of the property and the lot. Not an add on, not a tier, and not something you have to remember to ask for.

Everything we did to one property

Arrow Estate in the Redlands, sixteen thousand square feet, two photographers and about four hours on site. One visit produced all of this. Scroll it.

First

Listing photography and aerial

HDR interiors, exteriors shot from the angles that suit the architecture, and drone coverage of the lot. In the base on every listing, not an add on.

Then

The cinematic showcase film

Wide, graded, cut to music. A film about the house rather than a walkthrough of it, and on a property this size it is what carries the scale the stills cannot.

SECOND CAMERA / DRONE / GRADE

Then

The Matterport virtual tour

A full 3D scan the buyer walks themselves, on their phone, at eleven at night. Scanned on the same visit, so it is one appointment rather than two.

And last

Twilight exteriors

Lights on, sky still blue. Produced in post rather than by coming back at sunset, which is why it costs a fraction of a second visit and does not depend on the weather that evening.

Why it is quick

Most listings take us thirty minutes

Up to about 1,700 square feet, a property that is ready is done in half an hour. Ready does not mean empty: cars off the driveway, blinds open, lights on.

We work to a set order

Interiors, then the front, then the drone. The same sequence every time. That is why half an hour is possible.

Rain does not cancel your shoot

Cloudy or just rained, we shoot. Every exterior gets a blue sky in the edit, free. Only heavy rain stops us.

Long shoots get a second photographer

Past about two and a half hours on site, two of us come out instead. Your day stops growing there.

Commercial

We shoot commercial too

Office, retail, industrial, multifamily, restaurant and hospitality, and land. Quoted by hand rather than off the residential rate card, because a warehouse and a three bedroom are not the same job. Start the booking, pick Commercial, and we confirm the price before anything is charged.

Pricing

Priced off the property, not off who answers the phone

$225 covers a listing up to 2,000 sq ft. Above that it is $10 per 100 sq ft. Estates past 10,000 sq ft move to a flat luxury rate with two photographers on site, which comes out cheaper per foot than the standard rate.

How it works

Four steps, no phone call

1. Paste the address

We read square footage, beds, baths and lot straight off the county property record, so nobody is estimating and nobody is arguing about it later. Anything we fill in is flagged for you to check.

2. Pick what the listing needs

Price and time on site update as you go. A condo does not need what an estate needs, and you are not paying for the difference.

3. Choose a slot that holds

You only see times your photographer can genuinely keep. The drive from their previous shoot is already subtracted, which is why we can hold the time rather than apologise for it.

4. Get your gallery

Photos the next day, video and Matterport within two. Every past shoot sits in your dashboard, so you are not digging through email for a link from March.

Start with your address

What we fixed

The four things that used to go wrong

None of these are photography problems, which is why buying better photography never solved them. They are what the booking system is for.

The price is on the screen

Before you speak to anybody. It comes off the property, not off who happened to answer the phone that morning.

The square footage is not up for debate

We look the living area up on the county record ourselves. Nobody types a number in that changes what you pay.

The drive is already in the time

Every slot has the road time built into it, so the time you pick is one your photographer can actually keep.

One link, not four

Photographs, the tour and the film arrive in the same place, on your dashboard, and they stay there.

Listing more than three a month? There is a better rate.

Priority Agent is $79 a month for 20 percent off every listing and no weekend rush fee. Luxury Agent covers 4 listings a month at any size, built for teams and for brokers offering this to their own agents. If a plan does not beat what you would pay per listing, we will tell you.

Compare plans and rates
  • A set number of shoots each month, any size
  • A fresh allowance every month
  • Priority on the calendar
  • One invoice instead of one per shoot

Before you ask

The things agents actually ask

As a rule, no. Monday to Friday is what lets us hold the times we promise. If a listing genuinely cannot wait, request a Saturday or Sunday, we confirm it by hand, and a $100 rush fee applies. Members do not pay it.

We shoot it as it stands. Your photographer will open blinds and put lights on, but will not move furniture or tidy up, because handling someone else's belongings is how things get broken and we are there to photograph the property rather than to stage it. Two things follow. The shoot runs longer than the estimate, and whatever is left out is in the frame. AI decluttering clears furniture and clutter in post, which is the fix when the property will still be lived in.

Not to you. Matterport charges a monthly hosting fee for every active tour, and it is the part agents get caught by, because the scan is a one time cost and the hosting is not. We carry it on our account. You pay for the shoot once and never get a bill from Matterport.

About a year. Download your gallery and keep your own copy, because past twelve months we cannot promise the files are still there. We would rather say that plainly now than have you find out two listings later.

No, and we never will. Every exterior gets one, on every shoot, whatever the weather was on the day. It is part of the edit, not an upsell.

Miami Dade and Broward are covered with no travel fee. Anything over an hour away is $100 per hour, shown to you before you book rather than appearing on the invoice afterwards.

You have full use of everything delivered for marketing the listing. Files land in a Google Drive gallery linked from your dashboard, so they do not vanish behind a subscription you forgot you were paying for.

Two minutes to a real number.

No quote request, no waiting on a callback. Put in the address and see exactly what the shoot costs and when we can be there.
