About us

We started doing thisas kids in high school.

Seven years later we are still in the craft, still shooting ourselves, and still doing it because we love it. That is most of the explanation for everything else on this site.

Why we are cheaper

Three thousand dollars for photos and a simple video is a niche, not a price

We looked at what real estate media costs in South Florida and thought it was out of reach for most of the agents who actually needed it. So we set out to make it accessible and good at the same time, which is the part people assume you cannot do.

The way we get there is not a discount. It is that we know exactly how to shoot a house. We work to a set order every time, interiors, then the front, then the drone. We tell you how to have the property ready and we shoot at the right time of day. Half an hour on a normal listing is not us rushing, it is us not wasting any of it.

See our work, take our advice, let us set the scene, and you get the same quality or better for about half. That is the whole pitch, and it is why the price is on the site instead of behind a phone call.

  • Seven years, still shooting every job ourselves
  • An art degree behind the composition, not a preset
  • A set sequence on site, every single time
  • From $225 a listing, published, not quoted

The craft

Composition, architecture, structure

Alex graduated with an art degree and this is the part of the business he actually cares about. Where the camera goes in a room, which corner makes a space read bigger without lying about it, what a house looks like from the one angle that flatters the architecture instead of the one that fits everything in. That is not something you buy with a better camera body, and it is the difference between photos that fill a listing and photos that sell it.

It is also why we would rather turn a shoot into a passion than into a factory. We are not trying to be the biggest operation in Miami. We are trying to compete with the big people on the work, and show that the market does not have to cost what it costs.

What we do

This side stays real estate

Blank Marketing Group also runs social media, mostly for hospitality. Broker2Me is the real estate side and it stays that way: photography, aerial, Matterport, video, twilight and decluttering, select packages, and partnerships with brokerages across South Florida. We are already the marketing team for RE/MAX Advance Realty here, and we work with agents and teams across Miami Dade and Broward.

The platform

Booking is the first two minutes. This is the rest of it.

Every shoot you book lands somewhere that is actually built for it. Your media, your next appointment, your team and your money, in one place that does not look like accounting software.

All your media in one place

Every shoot you have ever booked, with the photos, the video and the tour attached to the listing they belong to. No digging through email for a link from March.

Built like the work

The same care that goes into a listing photo went into this. Fast, quiet, no clutter, and it reads properly on the phone you are actually holding.

Send your seller a branded linkPlanned

One link, your brand on it, that opens the gallery without an account and expires when you say. The seller sees the work rather than a login screen, and access ends when the listing does.

The part that keeps you here

Booking software is not usually built for the agent. This one is.

Most of what gets sold to real estate as software is built for a brokerage's back office. It tracks compliance, it manages leads, it reports up. None of that is what an agent actually opens on a Tuesday. What an agent opens is whether the photos came back, when the next shoot is, and whether they can send the gallery to a seller without explaining how.

So that is what this is built around. Every shoot you book lands on a dashboard that shows the photos, the video and the tour attached to the listing they belong to, not scattered across three email threads from three different months. Your next appointment is the first thing you see when you sign in, not something you go looking for.

The part your seller sees matters as much as the part you see. A finished gallery gets one branded link. It opens without an account, it carries your name and your brand instead of a login screen, and it expires when you say it does. Your seller gets a professional handoff. You get one less thing to manage by hand.

None of it costs anything to try. Price a listing, see the real number, book the slot your photographer actually has open. There is no sales call standing between you and knowing what this costs.

If you run a brokerage rather than a single desk, the same system holds a whole team under one roof: a shared monthly allowance, every agent seeing their own work, whoever runs the team seeing all of it, one invoice instead of one per agent per shoot. That is its own pitch with its own page. This one was written for the agent booking their own listing.

Who is shooting your listing

Two of us, and you will know which

Alex and Danny shoot every job. Not a rotating pool of contractors, not whoever was free. When you pick a slot you are picking a person, and that person is the one who turns up.

Profile photos coming

Alex is supplying headshots and a hand picked set of properties, and this section becomes two real profiles you can click into to see that photographer's own work. Until then it says so rather than showing stock people.

Prototype

Nothing on this page is submitted anywhere and no payment is taken. Availability and travel time are simulated. Photography, virtual tour, travel, and rush pricing are real. Add on prices, bundle discounts, and membership numbers are working figures.
