The most common reason a listing photographs badly is that people still live in it. The house is occupied, the shoot is on Thursday, and nobody is emptying a family home for a photographer. Decluttering is the answer to that, and it is the reason we do not need you to stage anything.
Your photographer will open blinds and turn lights on, but will not move furniture or tidy up, because handling somebody else's belongings is how things get broken and we are there to photograph the property rather than to stage it. So we shoot the room honestly and clear it afterwards.
It adds nothing to the time on site. It is handled entirely in post, which is also why it is the cheapest thing on the list by a distance.
How it is actually done: Nano Banana, Google's current image model, driven with precise prompting and as many passes as the frame needs, then finished by hand in Photoshop. The model is fast and it is very good, and it is still a model, so somebody looks at every frame and fixes what it got wrong. That last part is the difference between a room that is empty and a room that is empty and still has the right shadow under the window.
None of that costs you a day. It happens inside the same turnaround as the rest of the gallery.

The question everyone asks
Is this the same as virtual staging?
No, and it is worth knowing the difference. Decluttering takes things out. Virtual staging puts furniture into an empty room that is not really there. We do the first one, and a photograph that has had a sofa removed is still a photograph of the room you are selling.

What else a listing can have
Interiors, exteriors and drone coverage of the property and the lot. Not an add on, not a tier, and not something you have to remember to ask for.
A full 3D Matterport tour of the property, hosted and linked straight from your listing. We cover the hosting, so there is no monthly fee to you. Priced the same as the photography.
A vertical showcase video of the property. No talking head, no agent piece to camera, no drone shot set to stock music that nobody watches to the end.
Wide, cinematic, graded and cut to music. The one we shot for Arrow Estate, and the one that makes a listing feel like an event.
Four exteriors turned to dusk in post. Lights on, sky still blue, and nobody had to come back at sunset.
Two minutes to a real number.
