A property film,not a walkthrough.

Wide, cinematic, graded and cut to music. The one we shot for Arrow Estate, and the one that makes a listing feel like an event.

This is the full production. A second camera, proper coverage of the house and the grounds, drone motion rather than a static aerial, and an edit that is built around the property instead of assembled from whatever was captured. It is horizontal, because it is made to be watched on a listing page, on a television in an office, and in a presentation to a seller.

It is a different product from the vertical showcase video, and the difference is not the aspect ratio. The vertical is sixty seconds cut to stop a thumb. This is a film about a house, and the reason it exists is that some properties genuinely are the pitch. On a sixteen thousand square foot estate the listing photographs cannot carry the scale on their own.

It is the largest single addition to a shoot day, and we will tell you honestly when a listing does not need it. Most do not. The ones that do tend to be the ones where you are competing for the listing as much as for the buyer.

The question everyone asks

How is this different from the vertical video?

The vertical is a sixty second cut for Reels and the listing page, and it is the right call on most listings. This is a film, with a second camera and a real edit, and it is for the property where winning the listing is itself the job. Plenty of agents book both.
